Would you like to eliminate paperwork, save time, streamline work processes, and produce more accurate results? I can help with that. Below is a link that shows what I did with a 10 page paper Employee Review process. The paper process would take weeks to complete with each signer on the document having to be mailed the paperwork for review and signature.


My online version is quick and easy. It saves the reviewer time in that the forms are easy to fill out and all the calculations regarding the employees scores are automatically calculated. Nothing has to be mailed. All persons involved just logon with their credentials and they are able to read the review and add their signature for approval. The reviews are stored in a database for easy retrieval when needed.


All the company did was to give me a copy of their paper forms, and I did the rest. That is all your company will need to do to have me transform your paper process into an online Program.


If your company uses Excel spreadsheets to store data then think of how much better it would be to take your data off of the spreadsheets and transferred it into a database. Reports and filtering are much easier to accomplish with the data in a database. Give me a call. I can help with that.
