I am an artist that primarily uses my computer to produce mini prints of my paintings for note cards. I have been using a Malinda Bruce computer for eight years. The thing I appreciate most about my computer is that it is built to last. We recently upgraded the ram and the hard drive. Most computers would simply be disposed of when they became obsolete, but mine was easily upgraded at a very low cost. It is wonderful to pick up the phone and have Malinda walk me through situations, or come and fix the occasional problems that arise. I cannot recommend Malinda more highly. Her knowledge and expertise is superior. As a busy professional who frequently works from home, I cannot afford downtime in dealing with computer glitches and am all too aware of how upgrades rarely go smoothly and how they often turn into painful experiences. Luckily I was referred to Malinda when my computer started malfunctioning. She not only corrected the problems and fully upgraded the system, she basically had to redesign and rebuild the hardware from scratch. Although she ran into unforeseen issues that were time-consuming, to avoid causing me any inconvenience, she basically worked around the clock.
